JOB OVERVIEW:

A content creator is responsible for developing and executing social media content strategies across a wide range of dental offices, conducting audience research, crafting compelling copies and creating visually appealing videos to enhance our clients' authority, brand presence and lead generation across key social media platforms, predominantly Meta, LinkedIn and Website pages. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Craft comprehensive content strategies that align with the Company's brand, objectives and audience needs.
• Produce a range of content types, including but not limited to blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, email newsletters and videos.
• Ensuring all content is on brand and consistent in terns of style, quality and tone of voice.
• Integrating SEO best practices into content creation to improve visibility and drive organic traffic, including keywords research, meta descriptions and content optimization.
• Plan and manage a content calendar to schedule publication across various platforms, ensuring a consistent and timely release of materials.
• Monitor content performance using analytical tools , report on results and make data driven recommendation for content optimization.
• Stay on top of industry trends, content marketing best practices and competitive landscape to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
• understand the audience deeply to create content that resonates, show authority and fosters community.
• Maintain brand voice across all content and driving brand consistency.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a content creator, copywriter or similar role with experience in digital media.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough research to create authoritative and accurate content.
• Experience in managing a content calendar, coordinating projects and meeting deadlines.
  
• You are organized, data driven, strategic and not satisfied with "good enough".
  
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and clear communication.
• Ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas across media formats.

PREFFERED SKILL:

• Demonstrable experience in video production and graphics design.

Additional Information:

Set up: Full-time, Remote.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7.5 Flexible working hours between 6am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
