We are seeking a tech-savvy dental professional with experience in dental front-office operations, patient coordination, or practice management. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can handle direct feedback, and is comfortable being proactive and resourceful in solving problems.
This is NOT a passive admin role. We need someone who will own the process, ensure our dental offices are engaged, follow up relentlessly, and provide structured performance reporting to help us make better decisions and improve our clientsβ success.

Ensure dental offices are using our proprietary lead management app effectively.

Conduct virtual tutorials and troubleshooting to assist staff.

Hold offices accountable for tracking and managing leads properly.
β
Contact dental offices weekly to gather updates on marketing leads.
β
Identify challenges in lead conversion and patient scheduling.
β
Track trends and compile actionable insights for performance improvement.
β
Create weekly reports summarizing client progress for the CEO.
β
Prepare monthly performance reports to present to dental office owners.
β
Join CEO in client review meetings, eventually leading these meetings independently.

Set up flexible calendar availability for check-ins with offices.
β
Organize and clean reporting data to ensure clarity and actionability.
β Dental Office Experience β Youβve worked as a dental receptionist, treatment coordinator, or office manager and understand front-office operations.
β Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented β You quickly learn new software, can train others, and keep detailed records.
β Strong Communicator β Youβre confident, articulate, and not afraid to follow up persistently to get things done.
β Detail-Oriented & Proactive β You anticipate problems, take action without waiting for instructions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Part-time
Work hours are flexible, but must be available for scheduled check-ins with dental offices.
Reports and admin work can be done during non-peak hours.
