Job Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations. This position involves enforcing current policies, recruiting, onboarding, pay processing, maintaining documentation, and assisting with HR administrative functions. The HR Generalist will be instrumental in creating a cohesive company culture aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans and calendars to attract top talent.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, and conduct initial interviews to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
  • Organize and maintain internal HR documentation, including Offer Letters, NDAs, and Performance Evaluation Sheets.
  • Lead onboarding processes, educating new hires on company culture, policies, and tools.
  • Assist in policy formulation, hiring processes, and pay administration.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of employee queries.
  • Support the HR Manager in various administrative and strategic tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic certification in Human Resources
  • Proven Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in data entry, payroll, HR software, and communication tools.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful thinking and leadership skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, leadership, and coaching capabilities.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP), or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in remote work environments and managing remote teams.
  • Familiarity with data-driven HR strategies and performance analytics.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices in global settings, especially in a diverse workforce.
  • Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies.
