JOB OVERVIEW:

The HR Manager is in charge of the Human Resources Department which is one of the most important pillars for the success of the company. The company will succeed based on the people in the company. The top priority of the HR Manager is to focus on the strategic goal of the business and make HR decisions based on what is best for the success of the company as a whole.

This is a proactive role where you will find methods and create processes to efficiently and quickly find the required talents to best move the company forward.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Creatively identify strategic methods in acquiring talents best to meet the company goals.
  • Militantly ensure company culture and standard is met at all times.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants ensuring they meet the company culture and standards.
  • Identify opportunities and create required training material and processes to enable all team members to learn and adopt the culture and attain the appropriate skills.
  • Overseeing, refining, and executing Company Policies and Procedures and using and improving HR's existing and recommended systems and processes to maintain a highly productive working environment.
  • Collaboration with the leadership team to understand and implement the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it pertains to current and future personnel requirements, recruiting retention, and succession planning.
  • Managing administrative tasks including but not limited to meetings, report creation, process documentation, pay administration, people engagement, and case management.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • Create and monitor metrics to identify performance and forecast hiring requirements.
  • Create and facilitate evaluation to accelerate the team's performance and achievement.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  1. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

  3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

  4. Able to work and adapt to managers' and executives' requirements and goals.

  5. Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.

  6. Able to learn and adapt new software and processes quickly.

  7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to make executive decisions.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.

  2. Detail-oriented and organizational nature.

  3. Experience working with a company with 1-50 team members.


Additional Information:

Set up: Full-time, Remote.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7.5 Flexible working hours between 6am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)
