JOB OVERVIEW:
As the HR Manager, you will be a pivotal force in shaping the future of DentistFind. Your primary mission is to align our human resource strategies with our overarching business goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role requires a proactive approach to drive strategic HR initiatives that foster a thriving company culture and organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR and talent strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead the talent acquisition process, from strategic planning to recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Champion company culture and standards, facilitating programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Design and implement training and development initiatives that promote professional growth and cultural alignment.
- Oversee and refine HR policies, procedures, and systems to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and staff on complex HR matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and forecast hiring needs.
- Drive performance management processes that encourage high performance and accountability.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strategic focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Additional Information:
- Position: Full-time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, with flexible working hours between 6am - 6pm EST
- Note: This role requires comfort with using a time tracking tool.
