Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring our clients' success by delivering results-driven strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Marketing Department: Oversee the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive client success.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are effective and deliver measurable results.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a remote team, promoting a culture of innovation, speed, and integrity while aligning team efforts with company values.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
- Innovation & Growth: Introduce and execute new ideas and strategies based on industry trends and research to drive growth and innovation.
- Project Management: Ensure marketing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Engagement: Understand and address clients' needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through effective marketing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24).
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications:
- Google AdWords and Analytics Certification.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
- SEO certifications from recognized institutions or platforms.
- PPC certifications such as the Google Ads Certification.
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Social media marketing expertise.
- Experience with website optimization and management.
- Familiarity with Eastern Time Zone working hours.
- Familiarity with remote team management.
