Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven decision-maker, creative problem solver, and strategic thinker passionate about leveraging technology to optimize marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage high-impact paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook (Meta Ads), Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Continuously optimize for performance and ROI.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to clients' websites.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, optimize performance, and generate actionable insights. Create and present detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and spending to maximize campaign impact.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough research on competitor marketing strategies, keywords, and online presence to inform and enhance our clients' marketing efforts.
- Process Improvement: Develop and document scalable marketing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices for campaign execution and reporting.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver exceptional service and results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, client success, and performance, to ensure cohesive and successful marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in paid advertising (PPC), SEO, and content marketing.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager for managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis.
- Experience with PPC platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a focus on keyword optimization, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
- Creative Problem Solving: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative marketing strategies and adapt to evolving digital trends.

- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Familiarity with Eastern Time Zone working hours.
